4. Voice Recording Data

When you use mock interview features, we may collect and process voice recordings. These recordings are used to:

Voice recordings:

You retain ownership of your voice recordings.

• All job descriptions belong to the employer or job board that created them

We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of external job postings. 

6. Career Coach Access (Optional)

Some users may choose to work with a career coach through the Platform. When this feature is used, the user may elect to share specific information with their designated coach. 

6.1 Information You May Share

You may choose to share:

• Resumes and uploaded documents
• Resume review results and feedback
• Career Success Index assessments and reports
• Mock interview results (including voice recordings)
• Progress toward documented career goals
• Notes, milestones, or tasks logged in the system
• Any additional materials voluntarily uploaded or created within the Platform 

6.2 How Shared Information Is Used

Career coaches may use shared information solely to:

• Provide personalized career guidance
• Review resumes and branding materials
• Offer interview coaching
• Track progress toward career goals
• Support your professional development

Career coaches do not receive access to any information you have not explicitly chosen to share.

6.3 User Control

Career coaches must:
