1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildMyBizBrand.com (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. 

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for students, job seekers, educators, career coaches, and partners who are at least 18 years old. 

3. Description of Services

BuildMyBizBrand.com provides tools and resources including:

• Resume review and professional branding support
• Mock interview preparation (including voice‑recorded responses)
• Career Success Index assessments
• Career goal documentation and progress tracking
• College Student ambassador programs
• Workshops, events, and educational content
• A job directory linking to external job postings
• Optional career coach access

We may update or modify features at any time. 

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate
• Not sharing accounts with others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Upload harmful, misleading, or unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse‑engineer or misuse the Platform
• Interfere with system security or other users’ access
• Use the Platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes 

6. AI-Generated Content

BuildMyBizBrand.com may use AI tools to:

• Provide resume feedback
• Generate interview questions
• Offer branding suggestions
• Analyze mock interview responses
• Score career readiness assessments
• Provide personalized recommendations

AI outputs may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it professionally. 

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content—including branding, tools, assessments, workshop materials, and digital assets—is owned by Build My Biz Brand Company. Users may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission. 

8. User Content

Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the Platform, including:

• Resumes
• Branding materials
• Assessment responses
• Voice recordings
• Career goal documentation

By uploading content, users grant Build My Biz Brand Company a limited license to process, analyze, and display it for service delivery.

We do not claim ownership of user resumes, voice recordings, or personal branding materials. 

9. Voice Recordings for Mock Interviews

The Platform may allow users to record audio responses during mock interview sessions. By using these features, users acknowledge and agree that:

• Voice recordings are processed solely to deliver mock interview feedback
• Recordings may be stored temporarily for analysis and playback
• Recordings are not used to train external AI systems
• Users retain ownership of their recordings
• Users may request deletion of their recordings at any time

We do not publish, distribute, or share user voice recordings outside the Platform. 

10. Job Directory & External Job Postings

The Platform provides a job directory that links to external job postings hosted by employers or third‑party job boards. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• BuildMyBizBrand.com does not host or retain job descriptions
• All job descriptions, trademarks, and employer content are the property of their respective owners
• We provide links solely for convenience and career exploration
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of external job postings
• Employers may update or remove postings at any time without notice

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third‑party tools (e.g., AI engines, analytics, hosting providers). Build My Biz Brand Company is not responsible for third‑party actions or policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

Build My Biz Brand Company is not liable for:

• Employment outcomes
• Decisions made based on AI suggestions
• Loss of data due to user error
• Service interruptions
• Actions taken by career coaches

The Platform is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. 

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. 

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Career Coach Access (Optional Feature)

Some users may choose to work with a career coach through the Platform. When this feature is used, users may elect to share specific information with their designated coach. 

15.1 Information Users May Share

Users may choose to share:

• Resumes and uploaded documents
• Resume review results and AI‑generated feedback
• Career Success Index assessments and reports
• Mock interview results (including text and voice recordings)
• Career goal documentation, progress updates, and milestones
• Notes or tasks logged in the system

15.2 User Control

Users may:

• Enable or disable coach access
• Add or remove shared documents
• Revoke a coach’s access at any time
• Request deletion of shared content

Career coaches cannot view any user data unless the user explicitly grants access. 

15.3 Coach Responsibilities

Career coaches agree to:

• Use shared information solely for career development
• Maintain confidentiality
• Not sell, redistribute, or share user data
• Not use shared data for advertising or commercial purposes 

15.4 Company Disclaimer

Build My Biz Brand Company is not responsible for:

• The advice or guidance provided by career coaches
• Actions taken by coaches outside the Platform
• Any agreements or interactions between users and coaches 

16. Career Goal Tracking

The Platform allows users to document career goals, track progress, and log milestones. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Goal‑tracking data may be processed to generate personalized recommendations
• Users may share goal‑tracking data with a career coach (optional)
• Users retain ownership of all goal‑tracking content
• Users may request deletion of goal‑tracking data at any time

The Company does not guarantee employment outcomes or results based on goal‑tracking features.
